How long should I use the hot & cold wrap?

Around 10–20 minutes at a time, with a break in between, is a common guide. This is general guidance, not a clinical recommendation. The wrap is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional for advice specific to your situation.

Can I use the hot & cold wrap after surgery?

Some people use cold compression as part of their own post-surgery routine, but this product has not been evaluated for treating any specific medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always get clearance from your surgeon or physiotherapist before using it after any procedure.

When will my order arrive?

Orders within Australia usually arrive in 10–18 business days, and international orders can take up to 25 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Email us at steadyrecoverystore@gmail.com to start a return, and once it's approved you'll be refunded to your original payment method.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant.

Which body parts is the wrap for?

Our hot & cold therapy wrap comes in versions for the back, knee, shoulder, shoulders and neck, or full body, each with an adjustable strap for a secure fit. Choose the one you need on the product page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 AUD.
